Who I am
I am a photographer from London. I grew up here and love the city with all its history and diversity. I lived in Tokyo for 8 years, where I developed my skills as a photographer and now am settled back in London. I love traveling, especially to obscure places where nobody else I know has ever been. I picked up photography whilst traveling and taking street portraits, which still remains my favorite form of photography. I also like taking photos of buildings and landscapes.
What I do at EYExplore
I lead the London Tunnel Vision photography workshop and am working on some more cool ideas for workshops in London.
Where I explore
I love the architecture of the financial area around Canary Wharf, also the more urban feel of Brick Lane and the East End. I also love exploring abandoned buildings and trying to find unique spots that nobody else knows about.
Why I love photography
Because having a camera opens up avenues to so many worlds—it allows me to meet people in the street that I wouldn’t otherwise talk to and to photograph people from all walks of life. I also get to meet people from around the world and show them around the city I love whilst teaching something valuable.
