Photograph taken on Inari After Dusk by Kimi Sugiyama
Read on for more details about how this shot was taken.
1. How did you capture this image? What gear/settings did you use?
This image was captured at the entrance of Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto with a tripod sitting on the steps and a bright LED light to illuminate the fox statues. I used my Sony a6000 mirror-less camera with a shutter speed of 30, F8, and 160 ISO.
2. Where are you from?
3. What is your background in photography?
I don’t have an extensive background in photography in that I didn’t study it in school or online. Only in the last few years have I pursued photography as a hobby because I find it fun, relaxing, and I enjoy sharing photos with friends and family back home.
4. Can you share your online portfolio or blog with us?
I share my photos, travels, and thoughts on life over on my blog SushiyamaTravels.com.
